The show follows Lucy Albright's (Grace Van Patten) freshman year of college and the toxic relationship she engages in with upperclassman Stephen DeMarco (Jackson White). Based on the book by Carola Lovering, "Tell Me Lies" also explores how manipulation, family upbringings, and past traumas play a key role in how we navigate society.
