Qwell is a former Corrections Officer on duty at Riker's Island who is now taking his experience and sharing in hopes to prevent more young black men from going through the corrections system. Qwell was recently a participant on A&E's 60 Days In and came to chat about his time on the show and how his life has been impacted since then.
