Opening the show chatting about her amazing background as a prominent fashion model, academic, writer, and cook, she also shares tidbits of her childhood as the daughter of actress Isabella Rossellini. Realizing the importance of food in her life, Elettra talks about the period of her life dedicated to her pop up restaurant, Goodness, and how it spawned her recipe site Impatient Foodie.
