Jack is a real clubman of the running world; club captain of the mens and womens teams at Cambridge and Coleridge and multiple GB vests over road, XC and track (and top 20 London Marathon finisher in his only marathon!).

We invited Jack onto the show to tell us his running story and to talk about the super-shoe of running supplements founded by him and his business partner Josh Carr.
