On Episode 19 we talked to one of the OG Running Content Creators Ben Felton aka Ben Is Running about his early days as a vlogger to current day with 114k subscribers on youtube. Ben talks about living in Sweden, traveling to Jamaica and other parts of the world and about balancing content with his desire to improve as a runner which has lead him to using a coach for the first time in his training block for Valencia Marathon on 1st December.
