Scott and Damo chat about preparing for Damo's upcoming Amsterdam Marathon before we enjoy a lovely chat with one of Essex's finest Athletes - Hannah Irwin. We talk about her journey from schools and local athletics clubs (Braintree AC and now Cambridge and Coleridge AC) and how she has used the experience of recovering from 2 stress fractures to make a stronger and smarter athlete. Hannah also gave us an insight into her future plans for running!
