Video Game adaptations have made their mark in the last year, with hits like HBO’s The Last of Us series and Illumination’s Super Mario Bros. Movie hitting with large audiences. The IP obsessed Hollywood is poised to go out in search of more video game series to adapt. Will production companies learn the right lessons from these big hits, or will they churn out multiple bad adaptations in search of a quick buck?
