My guest this week is an amazing man called Sean Liddell. Sean is a Mental Health First Aid instructor trainer and Suicide First Aid Tutor, award winning mindfulness practitioner, coach, and international speaker helping to create mentally healthy workplaces. This is such a powerful story of Sean's journey of how he overcame personal challenges in his career which has taken him to where he is now. Quite honestly I was blown away by the work he does.
