The Birth of Charlie Leo

This week on the poddy I am finally sharing my birth story with you! This was crazy to relive all the nitty gritty details and I did so with the help of my wonderful midwife Renee who came back for another episode. In this chat we discuss feeling like a ‘failure’ when things don’t go to plan and the importance of surrendering. Also, WHO WHAT WHEN WHERE HOW WHY?! All of the stuff. AND not giving a shit getting down on all fours in public. I am so grateful for Renee for not only being the best midwife but also for coming back on to relive hands down the most powerful moment of my life… I literally feel when Charlie was born I was born again too.
