Hello, I'm Grace. For Tonight's Sleepsalm by Prey dot Com. We will be meditating on Psalm one hundred and thirty eight. Breathe in and out slowly. Lie down flat on your back, Rest your arms gently by your side, Open up your chest and heart. Stretch your legs out. Take a deep, cleansing breath. When your lungs fill with air. Hold your breath for a few seconds. Exhale slowly and release any

tension in your body. Focus on clearing your mind and surrendering you your anxiety that is weighing your heart down tonight. Take a deep breath as your chest rises. Lift your anxious thoughts and your stress from today to the Lord. Feel his mighty hands lift your worry and anxiety. Exhale slowly and feel your neck and shoulders relax as God carries your burdens. Know he wants to give you rest. Open your heart to hear God's word. Take a few long,

deep breaths. Inhale and exhale slowly. With each breath, feel your heart rate slow down, unwinding you from the day and settling you for the night. Take one more deep breath, close your eyes and exhale slowly. Get ready to listen to God's word tonight. Let's find rest in the confident hope that God will answer our prayers and sustain us through difficult times. Psalm one hundred thirty eight from the King James version says, I will praise THEE with my

whole heart before the Gods. Will I sing praise unto THEE. I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name, for thy loving kindness and for thy truth. For thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name. In the day when I cried, Thou answeredst me and strengthenest me with strength in my soul. All the kings of the earth shall praise thee, O Lord, when they hear of the words of thy mouth. Yea, they shall sing in the ways of the Lord. For great is the glory

of the Lord. Though the Lord be high, yet hath he respect unto the lowly, But the proud he knoweth afar off. Though I walk in the midst of trouble, Thou wilt revive me. Thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me. The Lord will perfect that which concerneth me. Thy mercy, O Lord, endureth forever forsake not the works of thine own hands. Meditate on the faithfulness of the Lord. Reflect on all the prayers God has answered for you,

reflect on all the troubles He has delivered you. From remembering all the wonderful things God has done for you, will strengthen your faith and fill you with hope for your future. Take a deep breath. Lift your heart to praise the Lord. Praise him for his unfailing love. Praise him for his truth. Exhale and allow his praise to flow through you, overflowing your heart with his thankfulness, lifting your spirit with his joy. Take another deep breath. Be

filled with the hope of the Lord. As you exhale, allow his hope to strengthen you. Put your confidence in the Lord. Rest safely in his hands, knowing his strength will protect you and preserve you as you sleep. Think of a time when you grew impatient waiting on the Lord to answer your prayers. Confess any times you have tried to take matters into your hands rather than waiting on God to intervene. Confess any doubts you have of the Lord faithfulness. Ask for his forgiveness. Ask for his

help in being more patient and trusting. As you wait upon the Lord, take a deep breath, allow his love to fill you. Exhale slowly, and allow his forgiveness to renew you and his love to sustain you. Know the Lord is always faithful to forgive. Rejoice in the name of the Lord. Thank him for the ways he has been faithful to you. Thank him for specific prayers he has answered. Thank him for the times he has protected

you and delivered you from the evil one. Think of a person who is waiting for an answer to prayer. Pray God will intervene in their circumstances soon. Pray the Lord will keep them in his perfect peace as they wait on him to answer. Lift your requests to the Lord. Tell him about your dreams and desires. Ask him to bless you with his provision. Know he answers you when you call upon his name. Pray for the Lord to make himself known to the leaders in your community and country.

Pray they will seek the Lord's wisdom and follow the Lord's ways. Pray for the Lord to reveal his plans for your life. Pray your desires will align with his and he will guide you down his path of life and righteousness. Pray for the Lord to help you with a specific area of your life. Pray he will deliver you from your troubles and your fears and worries, so that you may find rest. Take a deep breath the fresh air to fill your lungs. Exhale slowly and relax

your body and calm your mind. Breathe in and out slowly. Feel your heart settled down as you relax, allow God's hope to comfort you and God's peace to refresh your mind, body, and soul,
