Hello, I'm Grace. For tonight's sleep Psalm by pray dot Com. We will be meditating on Psalm one hundred and thirty three in the silence of the night. We are left alone in our thoughts, which can fill our minds with anxiety and make us feel isolated in some of the darkest hours of our life. Before you meditate on God's word, invite the presence of God in your space and know you are not alone. Take a deep breath, Lift your anxious thoughts to the Lord. Lift your feelings of sadness

and loneliness to him. Exhale slowly and feel His presence comfort you and give you relief. Reflect on your relationships with your friends and family. Reflect on the relationships you have with your church community. Know these relationships are blessings from God. They are your lifeline in this chaotic world. They are designed to be life giving. Hold onto the healthy relationships in your life and experience the joy of connecting with others. God's word reminds us the importance of

unity within the church. Relationships with other believers can strengthen us and empower us to carry out God's purpose in our lives. P. One hundred thirty three from the King James version says, Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity. It is like the precious ointment upon the head that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron's beard, that went down the skirts of his garments, as the dew of herman, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion.

For there the Lord commanded the blessing even life for evermore. Tonight's psalm compares the unity of God's people to the sweet fragrance of the anointing oil used to set apart his priests in the Old Testament. Like the anointing oil of the priests. Unity with the Church sets us apart from our culture and attracts people to the sweet word of God. Take a deep breath, allow his peace to wash over you. Know when you live in the peace of God's presence, you can live at peace in the

presence of others. Exhale slowly and release any anger and bitterness that hinder your relationships. Let go of any minor disagreements that disrupt the Body of Christ. Hold on to the important matters concerning the Kingdom of God. Breathe in and out slowly. Find comfort in knowing you are not alone. When you celebrate a victory, the Body of Christ celebrates with you. When you suffer at the hands of oppression

and injustice, the Body of Christ suffers with you. Take delight in belonging to a royal priesthood, a chosen people, a holy nation. Be filled with the joy of the Lord, knowing you have been set apart by the Lord to do good works. Think of a time when you let a minor disagreement or unforgiveness destroy your relationship with a brother and sister in Christ. Confess any ways you contributed to the demise of this relationship. Confess any unforgiveness that

is still in your heart. Ask God for his forgiveness. Ask him to restore your broken relationships and to help you live in peace with those who love the Lord. Thank the Lord for your healthy relationships with your family and friends. Thank Him for the people he put in your life to love you and encourage you. Thank Him for your church community and for a place where you can feel a sense of belonging and acceptance. Think of

a person who is struggling in their relationships. Pray God will intervene and restore the relationships that build them up. Pray God will help them live in peace with others and find rest in His peace. Lay your requests before the Lord. Tell him about your struggles, Tell him about the desires of your heart. Know he hears your prayers and he will do what is best for you. Pray for God to unify the Body of Christ in his peace, love and truth. Pray he will help you be a

peacemaker in your church community. Pray for God to bless your relationships with others. Pray he will help you live in peace with your family and friends. Pray for God to send godly people in your life to encourage your walk with him. Pray your friendships will draw you closer to God and will give you the support you need in this world. Take a deep breath, be filled with the peace of the Lord. Exhale slowly and release any

tension that is still lingering from today. Allow His peace to comfort you and give you rest tonight.
