I'm Bishop T. D. Jakes inviting you to unwind your mind and spirit with tonight's sleep song. The Lord has sworn to David in truth, he will not turn from it. I will set the fruit of your body on your throne, Psalm one, two, verse eleven. Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for making us your dwelling place and remaining near to your people. It is a privilege to have you close and ever present in our lives. I want to be like a guarden you walk through. I want to be

like the temple you dwell in. Be here and be glorified in my life. Tonight, as I rest my eyes and slip in to sleep, establish your peace here in my life. May your kingdom come and your will be done. Hello, I'm Grace for tonight's sleep song by pray dot Com. We will be meditating on Psalm one hundred and thirty two. Open your mind and heart to receive God's word. Focus on controlling your breathing to help clear your mind and settle your heart. Take a deep breath through your nose. Feel the air flow through your lungs into your abdomen. Exhale, slowly pushing the air outward to flow throughout your body to rejuvenate you and relax you. Take a few more

deep breaths with your next exhale. Find relief from today's stress and anxiety by releasing it into the hands of God. Breathe in and out with your next exhale. Release any tension in your body as your mind quiets. Meditate on the promises of the Lord. Know he honors his covenants and he secures his people with his salvation. Put your trust in him, knowing you are safe in his hands. Breathe in and out slowly, close your eyes and get ready to hear Tonight's psalm. If we honor God, the

Bible tells us he will honor us. To night, lift your spirit and heart, to exalt the Lord, and to honor him with praise. Psalm one hundred thirty two from the King James version says, Lord, remember David and all his afflictions, how he swear unto the Lord and vowed unto the Mighty God of Jacob. Surely I will not come into the tabernacle of my house, nor go up

into my bed. I will not give sleep to mine eyes or slumber to mine eyelids, until I find out a place for the Lord and habitation for the Mighty God of Jacob. Lo we heard of it at Ephrita. We found it in the fields of the wood. We will go into his tabernacles. We will worship at his footstool. Arise, O Lord, into thy rest thou and thy ark of thy strength. Let thy priests be clothed with righteousness, and let thy saints shout for joy for thy servant David's sake.

Turn not away from the face of thine anointed. The Lord hath sworn in truth unto David. He will not turn from it. Of the fruit of thy body. I will set upon thy throne. If thy children will keep my covenant at my testimony that I shall teach them, their children shall also sit upon thy throne for evermore. For the Lord hath chosen Zion, he hath desired it for his habitation. This is my rest forever. Here will I dwell, for I have desire, desired it. I will

abundantly bless her provision. I will satisfy her poor with bread. I will also clothe her priests with salvation, and her saints shall shout aloud for joy. There will I make the horn of David to bud. I have ordained a lamp for mine. Anointed his enemies, will I clothe with shame. But upon himself shall his crown flourish. Even though promises can be hard for us to keep, know the Lord always keeps his promises, and he always honors his commitments

to us. Meditate on his goodness, on his faithfulness. Take delight in his word, knowing you can trust him to keep it. Take delight in his righteousness, knowing you are secure in his salvation. Take a deep breath, Lift your spirit to praise the Lord Lord. Praise him for his salvation. Praise him for the mighty deeds he has done on behalf of his people. Exhale slowly and allow his thankfulness and praise to overflow your heart with joy. Breathe in

and out slowly. Close your eyes and imagine a holy nation of God's people, a nation in which the spirit of the Lord rests. See the Lord pour out his blessing upon his people. With his provision. He will feed and satisfy them with his salvation. He will clothe and preserve them. Know this is your future in Christ. Stand firm in your faith until the end, and He will honor you with his crown of righteousness. Think of a time you made a promise to God or another person

and did not keep it. Confess your tongue is quick to speak when making an oath. Confess your inability to keep all of your promises that come out of your mouth. Pray God will help you only make promises you know you can keep. Take a deep breath. Allow His forgiveness to wash over you and renew your spirit. Exhale slowly and find peace in his forgiveness. Know he keeps his promise to always forgive you and to redeem you and restore you. Rejoice in the faithfulness of the Lord. Thank

the Lord for always keeping his promises. Thank Him for being the one you can always count on in your life. Thank Him for the favor he has poured out upon you and your loved ones. Think of a person who is struggling to experience joy in their life. Pray God will remind them of the joy of his promises and his salvation. Pray they will focus their thoughts on his goodness. Lift your requests to the Lord. Know the Lord takes

delight in those who seek him and love him. Tonight he will listen to your voice and hear your prayers. Pray for the Lord to help you honor Him in everything you say and do. Pray you will serve him and bring him glory every day. Pray for the Lord to help you fulfill the vows you make to him. Pray he will keep you from making promises you cannot keep. Pray for the Lord to help you rest in His salvation and expe experience the peace of His presence. Pray

you will sleep peacefully through the night. Take the deep breath, Allow God's presence to fill you with his hope and peace. Exhale slowly and feel his hope brighten your spirit, and his peace lighten your heart. Find rest and refreshment in the hope of the Lord No you can rest safely and securely in his hands tonight
