Hello, I'm Grace for tonight's Sleepsalm by pray dot Com. We will be meditating on Psalm one hundred and thirty. Breathe in the calm, fresh air, allow it to fill your lungs completely. Hold your breath. Breathe out slowly, allowing the air to flow through you, relaxing your body, calming your mind and settling your heart. Relax your neck and shoulders, open your chest and heart. Rest your hands gently by
your side. With each breath, focus on contracting and relaxing different muscle groups until your body is softened, from your head to your toes. As you breathe in, contract a part of your body that is tense, hold your breath for a few seconds as you breathe out, release the tension in your muscles and relax your body. Breathe in and out slowly. Close your eyes and focus your thoughts on God. Remember he is your savior, redeemer, who fully knows you and fully loves you. His desire is to
redeem you and restore you. Breathe in His love and mercy. Breathe out your sin and shame. Lift your burdens to your Savior, knowing ye will carry them to night and give you rest to Night's Psalm reminds us if we confess our sins to the Lord, he will be faithful to forgive us and purify us from our iniquities. Psalm one hundred thirty from the King James version says, out of the depths, have I cried unto thee? O Lord, Lord, hear my voice? Let thine ears be attentive to the
voice of my supplications. If Thou Lord shouldst mark iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand? But there is forgiveness with thee that thou mayest be feared. I wait for the Lord. My soul doth wait, And in his word do I hope. My soul waiteth for the Lord. More than they that watch for the morning. I say, more than they that watch for the morning. Let Israel hope in the Lord. For what the Lord there is mercy, and with him is plenteous redemption, And he shall redeem Israel from all
his iniquities. Put your hope in the Lord for his love never fails, and his salvation rescues you and redeems you. Meditate on his righteousness, on his mercy, reflect on his unfailing love. Know you are secure in his salvation and you are saved by His love and grace. Take a deep breath, be filled with his love. Exhale slowly and feel his love flow through your veins, warming your heart and soothing your soul. Take another deep breath. Be filled
with his righteousness. As you exhale, allow his righteousness to flow throughout your body, cleansing you, purifying you, renewing your mind and spirit. Acknowledge any unconfessed sin before the Lord. Ask for his forgiveness. Repent, and allow his salvation to redeem you. Thank him for not keeping a record of your wrongs and for his faithfulness to forgive you. Like God forgives you, be quick to forgive others. Confess any unforgiveness you have in your heart. Confess the records you
have kept of others offenses against you. Ask God to help you let go of any anger and bitterness, and to help you love those who hurt you. Take a deep breath. Allow his righteousness to vindicate you his forgiveness to flow through you. Exhale slowly and let go of any shame you are carrying tonight. Know in Christ there is no condemnation. Know your sins are forgiven, and your redemption is in the salvation of the Lord. Rejoice in the salvation of the Lord. Thank Him for rescuing you
and redeeming you. Thank Him for always forgiving you and loving you. Thank Him for the mercy he has shown you and for the grace he has given you. Think of a person who needs to experience the freedom and the joy of the Lord's salvation. Pray God will turn their heart toward him to receive his forgiveness and love. Pray God will remove their shame and fill their hearts with his peace and joy. Cry out to the Lord. Know he hears your prayers and he will answer them.
Lift your requests to him. Ask for his provision and protection. Wait patiently for the Lord to move in your life and find comfort and hope in his word. Pray your loved ones will accept the Lord's salvation. Pray they will believe in His truth and commit to serving him every day and night. Pray the Lord's people and your nation will turn from their sins and humble themselves before the Lord. Pray he will heal your land and redeem his people. Pray the Lord will fill you with his hope and peace.
As you lay down to rest, Pray you will sleep peacefully through the night. Take a deep, cleansing breath, Allow his forgiveness to wash over you, and his peace to fill your mind and heart. Exhale slowly and release any tension that is still lingering from to day. As you relax, rest in the presence of the Lord and allow him to restore you as you sleep.
