On this mini-episode Stacy and Meghan are joined by our friend Kelly (@djokeerydaily) for a fun mini-episode discussing the music and lyrics of Djo, also known as Joe Keery, to build excitement for the upcoming tour and new album. In each episode, we discuss two songs and explore the themes, interpretations of the lyrics, and our personal connections to the music. In this conversation, we cover the psychedelic ‘Tentpole Shangrila’ and the doom-scrolling anthem ‘On and On.’ We chat about some of Joe’s musical influences, such as Electric Light Orchestra and the Beatles, special experiences we’ve had as a result of the music, and predictions for The Crux.
