S3E12 -The Dualistic Mind with Lama Kathy Wesley

The Sixth Sense Society welcomes back the wonderful Tibetan Buddhist teacher, Lama Kathy Wesley, to help us all understand the concept of dualism and non-dualism in Buddhist teachings.

Since our first show with Lama Kathy, we have been exploring some of the most important teachings in Buddhism, such as bodhicitta, as well as simple techniques anyone can use to help understand their own mind. Lama Kathy serves as a resident teacher at the Columbus, Ohio, KTC. She participated in the first three year retreat led by Khenpo Karthar Rinpoche, her teacher. She teaches with humor and storytelling from a genuine place of experience.
