He finds one of Willy Wonka's golden tickets and gets to go on a magical tour of his demonic factory. Along the way he'll witness lots of potential child deaths, go on a traumatic boat ride, meet some Oompa Loompas (with awesome pants), and eventually get stuck in a glass elevator with two grown men floating around in space. It all. Makes. SENSE! Released in 1971, this movie was based on the novel Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, written by Roald Dahl.
