Episode 9: House Party

Welcome back to Sips and Scripts!  We took some time off but we're back and in this episode we are watching and talking about Terrell's movie pick:  House Party, the 1990 American comedy film directed by Reginald Hudlin. Starring Kid and Play of popular hip hop duo Kid 'n Play,  Full Force, Robin Harris, Martin Lawrence, Tisha Campbell, and A.J. Johnson. Terrell also shares his failed house party attempt, Kirsten discusses light skin/dark skin stereotypes and Kayla "high-fives" Robin Harris' parenting skills.

INGREDIENTS:

1 jigger Southern Comfort

1 jigger Amaretto

4 ounces cranberry juice

DIRECTIONS:

Fill a highball glass with large ice cubes. Add Southern Comfort and Amaretto. Fill to the top with cranberry juice. Garnish with cherries if desired.
