I want to live in my mind. I want to walk away from the reality of things. However it’s not possible. It’s not how the world works. You have to face the reality and see life for what it is
I don’t think leadership is about power it’s more about understanding people and embracing that people will see things like you do. The beauty of being a human is embracing the differences between us. We are made to be different not the same.
Sometimes you just can’t replace the best , you have to learn to live with that truth.
As the year winds down let’s reflect on this year and talk about how we got through this. The power of a moment can change your whole life don’t ever underestimate that moment.
