Episode description
Welsh serial killer John Cooper, a diagnosed psychopath committed two double murders, one in 1985 and the other in 1989 in the Pembrokeshire area of Wales. The murders became known as the "Pembrokeshire Murders" or the "Coastal Murders" with Cooper earning the name the "Bullseye Killer" after his appearance on a game show that would eventually help led to his arrest. Now these were not Cooper's only sinister misdoings, he had a long history of violent crimes that included armed robbery and sexual assault. So, could John Cooper possibly be responsible for other sinister crimes?
