On April 12, 2006, Oklahoma man Kevin Ray Underwood, lured his 10-year-old neighbor Jamie Rose Bolin to his Purcell apartment where he killed and then sexually assaulted the little girl as part of a sinister cannibalistic sexual fantasy, though he did not end up eating her. Just a few days later, Jamie Rose Bolin’s body was discovered inside a large plastic container in the closet of Underwood. So, was Kevin Ray Underwood just a sinister mind or one that was deeply mentally disturbed?
