This week I give my 1 week fitness check-in, with a fairly important lesson learned, right off the bat. Going forward I'll be splitting these updates out into their own short separate episodes. I'll give my progress, struggles, and lessons learned from the previous week.
I also have my first ever listener question. I was asked to expand more on what I mentioned last week about the unglamorous things that go into accomplishing your mission and goals.
