As 2020 comes to a close, it's time for some self-reflection and accountability for ourselves before we dive headfirst into 2021 New Years Resolutions.   You have to be completely honest with yourself and your actions over the last year. I talk about what self-reflection is and isn't. Why it's important for everyone and I lay out some questions you can ask yourself to drill down into your progress or lack of progress so you can overcome obstacles on your next attempt.
