My guest on today’s show is Tiffany Shim. Tiffany is a Math Intervention aid outside of Austin, Texas. She has taught 4th and 5th grade for the past 4 years.

Tiffany and I talk about her new role as a math intervention aid and why she had to take a year off from teaching due to health concerns. Tiffany shares how easily it is to get our identity wrapped up in teaching and we talk about how dangerous that can be. We talk about establishing boundaries for our time.
