Episode description

What do we do when a friend is grieving, a family member is angry, or a coworker is anxious? Although these emotional experiences are common, many of us don’t feel like we are adequately equipped to know what to say or do to be helpful in these situations. In this worship series, “How can I help” we learn what it means to truly support our loved ones and ourselves in times of emotional stress and turmoil.

Navigating the complexities of grief requires courage and resilience, and we explore practical strategies for finding strength amidst the pain. From embracing self-compassion to seeking support from loved ones, we empower one another to lean into the healing process with God's grace and authenticity.
