Episode description

What do we do when a friend is grieving, a family member is angry, or a coworker is anxious? Although these emotional experiences are common, many of us don’t feel like we are adequately equipped to know what to say or do to be helpful in these situations. In this worship series, “How can I help” we learn what it means to truly support our loved ones and ourselves in times of emotional stress and turmoil.

Anger is a universal human experience, yet it's often misunderstood and mismanaged. We'll consider the wisdom of scripture and the teachings of Jesus in guiding us to respond to anger with love, forgiveness, and understanding.
