Please join us as we begin a new sermon series, “The Wonderful World of Jesus” where we will explore the biblical message of Jesus through the lens of some of the most popular animated movies of all time. We begin this series with the animated classic ‘The Lion King’ and we’ll take a look at some of the most important words Jesus gave to his disciples and find parallels between the stories.
In this sermon, Pastor Scott helps us understand that by serving our community and our neighbors, we can truly discover what God put us here to do. The greatness that God calls us to belongs in serving the world. It’s about emptying ourselves of our ego and status and instead serving the needs of our neighbors.
