66 - Believing In Yourself Feat Tiara Little

Tiara knew that she wanted to work in animation since she was in middle school but she thought she wanted to be an artist. She went to RISD, where she studied Animation, and then during her senior year, she met a producer for the first time and decided to switch to Production. After that, she interned at Nickelodeon and then went on to work there as a PA. Once that ended, she went to Cartoon Network, Disney TV, and Netflix. I started at Netflix as a Production Manager, then she became a Production Executive, and moved on the Education and Training team trying to bring more production training and events to the studio. Tiara is now available for work.
