Question (Who Said It): "And If Any of you Lacks Wisdom, He Should Ask God, Who Gives Generously to All Without Finding Fault, and it Will be Given to Him"

Answer: James!

This scripture can be found in the New Testament book of James 1:5, which was written by James. At the time of writing this letter to the leaders of the 12 tribes that had gone out from Jerusalem to spread the gospel, James was a leader of the headquarters church in Jerusalem. James speaks very directly on how to act like a Christian.

Today, we highlight James' reminder that if we need wisdom in a certain situation, we should ask God for it! We all go through tough/rough patches in life. This is why it's so important to develop a faith default response when life happens.

GUEST: DANYA McKINNEY joins us for a chat on what developing a default of faith has worked out in her life!

Part of having a faith default is to know when to ask God for wisdom.

James 1:5 "And If Any of you Lacks Wisdom, He Should Ask God, Who Gives Generously to All Without Finding Fault, and it Will be Given to Him".

Allowing God to intervene in every situation shows maturity of faith! Let's ask for wisdom when life gets tough...and before life gets tough. God can help you avoid many pitfalls in life just by being invited in.
