73: Vices

In this episode of Similar Vein Jake and Tyler open up about their vices. Jake talks about the role that discipline plays in his life but also discusses how his passion for working out is sometimes fueled by an unhealthy relationship with his own image. The guys discuss their relationship with alcohol, how it has changed over the years, and Tyler opens up about his recent struggle with drinking and how he has worked to get to the other side. This conversation is pretty vulnerable and touches on the topics of depression, substance use/abuse, and unhealthy coping mechanisms. We by no means have it figured out or are claiming to.
