Have you ever felt like life doesn’t feel like you thought it would? Sometimes we're fighting against others' expectations of us, and sometimes we're fighting against our expectations of ourselves. In this episode we talk about our expectations of others, but also how others’ expectations of us can both propel us forward or hold us back. We feel that it's best to go at your own pace and run your own race. Competition can be good, but don't let it pull you down.
