If you don't have one yet and I am going to read about taking an energy inventory because I don't know about you, but if we're not out moving Our energy is dipping and it's dipping for a variety of reasons, including maybe that were just not moving enough. We're not eating. Well we're stressed out.
So I'm going to read about taking it in energy inventory because this is a really important thing to do. I'm going to give you a few suggestions in the process. Probably ad-libbing along the way putting on my glasses, okay? Is your energy dipping? It might be time for an energy inventory. Life force equals energy, when energy falters. This is a sign, we're focusing on consumed by or doing too many things that drain energy. Signs of this include increased agitation short tempers tickles
in our throat. Little coughs, it might develop into bigger, coughs skin blemishes, poor sleep headaches, heart, palpitations circles, under eyes, weight gain or maybe even unexpected, weight loss, flu-like symptoms and general malaise. Everything we do demands energy. That includes all the time when we're sleeping or awake. We're still using energy but poor diet, lack of physical activity saying yes, when we need to say no late nights too
much alcohol. Maybe even drugs prescribed or otherwise and smoking old drain our energy. And right now, a lot of energies getting drained, believe it or not, when people get up, and they go from their bed, to the couch to the kitchen. To maybe a table or a desk where they're doing work and then, back to the couch, or back to the kitchen, or back to the desk, and then, ultimately back to the bed. That's still takes energy. So we're burning energy but not getting enough into us.
To make us feel energized. When we do an energy, excuse me, let me try that again, when we do an energy inventory, we ask ourselves what situations activities habits and obligations are causing our life force to bleed away. once identified, we need to decide if these draining aspects can be modified or eliminated and how this is not assuming that a quick fix is necessarily imminent. Nor is there a solution to propose that fits everyone?
However, while you're working on finding your personal Solutions, here are a few things we can all do to amp up our energy. Take a nap. See a friend. Well, maybe not see a friend. Call a friend for sure. read a book, you really like Prioritize your to-do list. What does need to be done today? What can be done tomorrow? Check it off. The more you check things off the better. You feel remove the in
essentials from that list. Well, also, very specifically adding something right, just for you, the top knot at the bottom after you get everything done. Spend as little time as possible, with those who steal your wind. If these involve work or caregiving situations, try to schedule times when you will fulfill the obligation. Keep a list of good things in your life and refer to it immediately before or after dealing, with those who might
thrive on negativity. Take a class that's for you and you alone. And right now, I mean, there are tons that are on the internet, you could be taking dance classes, exercise, classes, learning how to identify a stamp, you found or coin. It could be anything learning how to hum do. Beat anything. Explore your Artistic Endeavors. Get out in nature, as much as
you can. If you can get out in your yard or even, just take care of the plants in your house, take a drive and play music, cook a meal with five or fewer natural ingredients. And then enjoy eating it by candlelight. Well, we can't control time. We do have the power to control our energy levels.
