Hi there. I'm Diane Russo and I am also known as silver to speak against and I'm the author of this book. The Silver dust begins Playbook 365 Inspirations for living and loving ages sleep. And tonight I am going to read to you from my bunk one of my little Inspirations called no normal. For much of my life if I was asked, how's it going? My wrote response was an automatic fine. It was my go-to answer for two reasons. One because I thought

complaining was weak, ugly. And to I was always afraid to admit that anything in my life might be going anything other than fine. The problem with insisting on what we think is normality or that all is fine. When it might be otherwise is that somehow this means really deep down. Inside of us, we're dissatisfied. I got to repeat that because I stumbled a little we are dissatisfied with accepting life as it is. Which is problem full because problems happen. Having problems doesn't mean

we're weak. Unlucky less than or otherwise. if you believe others including me to be Problem free, it's probably because your compare comparing, your inner feelings to the facade of normalcy, that we also often, try to present In reality believing that you should never have a problem or the problems are a sign of weakness. Wow, that's painfully isolating. You can't really have any conversations whatsoever in depth, if you are free to acknowledge that sometimes life bites.

Sometimes by tard, but it is what it is, and isn't always fun. In fact, sometimes it can be immensely painful. At those times when life is normal or full of Trials and challenges because trials and challenges are what make up a normal life. When we realize that, we hold the potential to reach whole new understandings of our personal capabilities. We can embrace our personal challenges and asked for the Embrace and support from others. This isn't weak.

It's how humans actually show their strength and fortitude for living. I'm Diane Purcell. Thanks for tuning in again, on the author of the silver dispute, Ian's Playbook, and you can pick up a copy on Amazon, have a great night. You turn off him.
