Hey there, I'm Diane Brazil, also known as silver to speed Ian's and a couple of blog posts ago. I mentioned that I have had a few pink plane. Crashes. The fact is, I've had two full clean crashes in one. What is called an incident where an engine blew in a twin engine plane on takeoff. So I consider a three-car ashes because the bottom line is we didn't fly away from either three. So I think if you crash like that, it counts as crash, but you asked for a little elaboration on that.

So I'm actually going to read something I wrote in my book, The Silver dust beans Playbook and it's about crashing through fear and put my glasses on so I can read a little better. And if you know anything about me, you know that I'm like that Burgess Meredith Twilight Zone episode. You know at any given point I probably have five pairs of glasses in on my desk. We're somewhere immediately

around me because I'm panicked. I will not be able to read, but I do have glasses on and today I'm reading crashing through fear. I once read that everything you want is on the other side of fear. I disagree with the word everything in that sentence. It means an almost in front of it. Almost everything you want is on the other side of fear. Fear of failure, fear of success, fear of embarrassment, fear of falling fear of crashing, fear of mortality.

Fear of immortality fear of being on stage, fear of being never recognized. Fear of what our parents would say, or think at any age. Fear of what our children would also say or think at any age. Fear of caring. Fear of not caring enough. The list is endless. Are we really that afraid? Yes. And no, we're not. Fear is a dichotomy of self opposing, ideas live within us, much like War and Peace. We feel afraid yet. We know how great it feels to be on the other side of fear mostly.

I was in a plane crash on October 10th 1981. After not flying for a whole year, understandably due to fear of flying on October 10th 1982, I went flying again. And guess what? The plane blew an engine on takeoff. Now, my point. You can face your fears and you can get through them, but it doesn't mean that life comes with guarantees. I still crashed. In fact, I crashed again, in 1987 in a grass, Airfield, in washing in Massachusetts.

Great Barrington Massachusetts. And hopefully I've owned crash again and again. But crashing isn't so bad. Assuming we get to live through it. We learn a lot from it namely that we can survive adversity. Also we learned that through life experiences, that no matter what is aggravating us, no matter what, we're afraid of, no matter what we fear, we might have to experience. There are no guarantees But odds favor will probably live through whatever. The experience it is, excuse me,

whatever. The experience is, will probably live through. Life actually, inclines itself towards the living and towards living, oflife forms, drive for health and existence. It's the essence of life life lives. Think about the crap that most of us put in our bodies if we put the equivalent of soda. In an auto for gas, that would be the end of the engine, but bodies, they tolerate a lot of abuse, stop the abuse and health will do its best to improve our overall.

Being same goes for our minds. Once we challenged our fears, they begin to lose their power. We realize we haven't died. We're still alive. And you know what we're stronger.
