Welcome. Thank you for listening to this guided meditation. Download. I will begin in a moment. But please let me start with a brief introduction. On this introductory meditation session. And with any other meditation sessions, you will be learning how to easily incorporate healthier habits and ideas into your busy life. You will be using your natural ability to reach your goals. The process is easy. And if you want, It will happen fast. Simple steps.
Baby steps. We'll get you to your goal. Fast, all you have to do is get into a comfortable position. And listen. So, please Begin by laying down on a couch or a bed or sit in a very comfortable chair. Let yourself take a good complete stretch. Get all the Kinks out as best as you can. Reach over your head as high as you can possibly stretch. Now, bring your body back. And get yourself into a comfortable position. Place your arms and hands at your sides. Ideally away from your body.
Close your eyes. And take a nice Deep full breath. And exhale completely. All the way. Releasing the air from the bottom of your lungs. All out, relaxing. Do this again now. Take a nice deep breath. As deeply as you can. Inhale. And just relax. And let it out now. One more time. and this time, hold your breath when you filled your lungs with relaxing are hold it and let the breath release slowly. As you feel yourself, relaxing,
all over. You may already be familiar with the process and experience of deep relaxation. Or directed hypnosis. Or perhaps familiar only at the unconscious level. so, rather than talk to you about what you will experience, Or what you should experience. I'd like to just ask you. To notice what you do experience. Without having to do anything special about that. Or without having to expect something special now. You may want to fully experience hypnosis now. Or perhaps prefer to just be
comfortable. And relax, relax, even deeper. And be aware of what you are experiencing. And notice. How your experience changes? As you relax, more deeply. From moment to moment. We speak of hypnosis as involving certain alterations in consciousness. Certain changes. And yet, there are certain things that do continue. In much the same way. As usual. For example. Your breathing continues. It's just something you can depend on. And yet. You might notice.
Even as you rest now, listening to me, talk. That perhaps your breathing is slowing down. Relaxing. Just a bit. Becoming deeper. More even, maybe even more comfortable. Your ability to hear my voice continues. although, it's not really important that you listen to me, consciously Your unconscious I know. Will pay full attention. It's almost as though, there's an automatic communication. A rapport that's developing. Between your unconscious and conscious.
For example, sometimes when you are driving or even just listening to the radio, Or watching television. You notice. That you haven't really been paying attention for a while. Having your own thoughts instead. And of course and very important. Your ability to have your own thoughts, does continue. You are simply using my words. That you choose. To stimulate your own thoughts in ways that are useful. Stimulating, your thoughts and
ways that are relevant to you. And it's all right to have some doubt. And wonder. What can you really learn in a context? Or method like this. In fact. You are encouraged. In some way. Actively systematically. Criticize the correctness of how you are responding. To this meditation session. While you're unconscious goes about responding. In ways that are wholly relevant.
Uniquely relevant to you. as you go into a very comfortable and deep state of relaxation, And you go deeper into that state of relaxation. You might want to think about. Just what that means to you. You don't even have to listen to the sound of my voice. Because your subconscious your unconscious will hear it clearly. You might be intrigued at how you relax, you don't have to say anything. Or make any conscious effort at all. What's it like? To be relaxed, completely. You can relax.
Relax at your own pace. There's nothing you have to do. Relax. Right now, a person. Can relax. You relax, relax deeply. Your unconscious mind is relaxing. Relaxing. Responding to my words. Helping you. To set your goal. Helping you to achieve your goal. How surprised will you be as you find yourself? Relaxing more deeply. Feeling so good. So relaxed. Now. I don't know if you could experience a state of self, hypnosis I don't know. If you could.
Experience, a light state of self hypnosis. Or a medium state, may be more appropriate. or if you really relax now, An experience. The very deep trance that you are creating for yourself. Right now. Because you can choose to go into trance. Right now. And alter your consciousness. To relax. As you relax further. You will notice. The time. Can pass by quickly. It can seem to go slowly. Or you may not even notice it at all. People experience the passage of time.
In many different ways. and as you relax, going deeper and deeper. Into a peaceful and calm state of relaxation. Deep relaxation. You begin to think about your goals. And what you want to achieve. as if you're at a fork in the road, you are making a decision. but whether you go to the left, Or to the right. You have chosen to go in the right direction. You have chosen to do the right thing for your health. By relaxing even deeper now.
You have chosen to do the right thing for your well-being by letting go. Of all your worries and relaxing deeper, right now. And what more natural resource? Than to relax this way and to go into a deep trance all by yourself. A deep state. Of rest and relaxation. A deep state of rest and relaxation. That helps you. To see and achieve your goal. Of a more relaxed and healthy body. A more relaxed and healthy state of being. A deep state. Of rest. A deep state of relaxation.
All by yourself. You are creating relaxation. This relaxation that you are experiencing right now. Is your resource? You have created. The ability to create this resource of deep relaxation. Is your ability. and while you might wonder how You accomplish this? Your unconscious mind has already begun. To memorize the process. Memorize the feeling and you can't go into a trance.
Or just relax. at any time you want, or need to, At whatever speed, for whatever, duration, for whatever period of time, you need to relax. That is relevant to your needs. All you have to do. Is remember this experience? That you've already memorized. And it might be. That the quieter your body and conscious mind. The more energy, your unconscious mind has to find that treasure. To learn something of utmost importance to you right now. I don't know exactly what words
your unconscious needs to hear. I can only help stimulate your unconscious. To explore what's meaningful and relevant to you. The things you learn and do as a result of this time together here is purely functional of your own needs and abilities. So, take these few moments. To let your unconscious discover. All by itself. Something of value to you. While you rest and relax. Going deeper. Feeling more comfortable. Feeling more peaceful. Resting regrouping. Taking the time.
To take care of yourself. To allow your body and mind. To heal you and make you stronger. Letting your unconscious. Discover all by itself. Something uniquely valuable and important to you. All while you rest and relax. And relax deeper more comfortably. And more peacefully than ever before. More comfortable. More peaceful. Deeper. And more comfortably, relaxed. Many times we learn something. And we put it to use. Before we even learned, we have
learned. I'm not sure how soon you'll learn what you've learned listening during this session today. Weather will be something later today. Tomorrow morning. Or maybe not until sometime next week. That you will notice yourself responding. Yes, you will notice yourself responding. Behaving differently. And be really pleased about that. And not forgetting to remember that miracle. And what different choices. What different choices would really make a difference to you
now. Now, if you have things to do or places to go, you may begin to reorient yourself back to a normal state of awareness. Doing so at your own speed. Comfortably. Remembering. That this experience of comfort of relaxation is yours to take with you. To use whenever you want. And whenever you need it and like anything else. As you use it on a regular basis, it becomes easier. And more natural for you. So, for now, let that comfortable deepness lighten up. Your mind touching the outer
world. Enjoying the energy moving through your arms and legs. Your whole body feeling refreshingly, light and alive. Wide Awake, whenever the timing is appropriate for you to be ready to awaken. at a time that is comfortable for you as the Time to relax draws to a close whenever that is right for you. As you take the time, you need to open your eyes.
