Speaker 1

Picture Miami. Picture its beaches. Picture the palm trees swaying in the wind. Picture three radio journalists assassinated in cold blood.

Speaker 2

They left the body there for reasons.

Speaker 1

It was the calling card.

Speaker 3

It's like the murphiasidy.

Speaker 4

They can anyone of us at impact. Most people come to Miami after the sun and the sand I was in Miami as a reporter and I looked past the palm trees. I first covered these murders almost.

Speaker 3

Thirty years ago, but they were never solved, and they left an open wound.

Speaker 1

The radio journalists had moved to Miami from Haiti. They were using them. You found freedom and the radio airwaves to ignite a revolution at home, and that's when the killing started.

You're picking off these people one by one at moments of maximum time. There's a warning to them. It's definitely psychological warfare.

This all happened in a small, tight knit neighborhood known as Little Haiti, and yet the mastermind has never been caught. To find him, we had to go deep into a world of drugs and darkness, talking to agents from the FBI and DA.

It's very difficult to determine how much cocaine is coming in It's like asking people how much how many people had sex last night and Miami, good luck trying to find that out.

And then there were these hints of a much bigger conspiracy this.
