Mmm, but big news, John, Carter Cash followed us on. To G, the son of June and Johnny Cash the one and only child. That's why it's crazy.
And he commented on her Instagram. Check, do find it Go by. I really, I was kind of weird his comment because he was like, just to know, like, my parents were married from 1968 or something till 2003, well, under 40 years, because I said they were together for 40 years, but they were together like, as friends or Or yeah, having an affair before. So I didn't know how to comment back like, well, they were having an affair. Yeah. Maybe that's why he backtracked
but Johnny Cash himself. When he was his last interview said he corrected the interviewer who said, you guys were together, like 35 years and goes 40 years actually, you know? So that's why I said for yeah but he followed us. Yeah. And he liked our other folks. Was it really? I mean, I had a picture of Johnny and do, but it really seems like totally related to them. I know, guys, like multiple people have told me that we should but I'm nervous. We need to come up with questions because I've been thinking, like, are we afraid of success or something like kind of? And we saw, um, we went to their concert Julian Phoebe, Lucy concert member and Julian was the headliner. Yeah, I know a lots changed. And now Phoebe is touring would Taylor Swift. Like, she's huge how to beg.
So Mel, and I have talked about Phoebe for years, and I got to admit something, guys. This is gonna be my creepiest episode Ember. They're not like they're famous. That's why I am. Adams, Conor Oberst, this is all before pomace kill, everything comes into the picture. BP has all these people in her band in her friend group. Yeah, she's been romantically involved with like multiple people and I stick around and then there's overlap and then it back together. Yeah. And then this is guy from normal people. I know like how does he fit into the mix?
I know this timeline also is very confusing because it's like there has to be overlap with him. Mmm, it's crazy. I feel like this is I maybe not, but I feel like when the first couples, where I feel like the craziest shit is the backstory like the most drama? Yeah. He's Vivid backstory. It's crazy and Phoebe, I'm sorry. Hope you're not listening. I love you. We love your music. Like, so literally, love her music so much every single song, so it pains me.
That I dug this far and I don't really like everything that I felt I know. She's not gonna she's here, but I love her. Yeah, you know, it comes with the territory. You to be truly unique, you do have to alienate some people, I think, and that's, that's being are exactly. And you know, I feel this way about so many people like you don't have to like someone personally to like their music. Yeah.
And I also think there's this weird truth that you can dislike somebody personally but like them at the same time personal. Yeah, even yeah. To like you can totally hate like somebody's actions and find them annoying but still, I love them for the complicated. Character that they are. That's what makes somebody interesting. You know, I find Phoebe. So interesting, that's why I'm
so obsessed. Mmm, and one of the main reasons, I'm, I became so obsessed with because of her relationship with her drummer Marshall of, or who she used to date, and I used to want to do an episode of her Marshall, but I thought that was like, too neat. So I'm going to talk about Marshall a little bit, but this is about her and Palmas go and actually think it makes it interesting episode because Paul Seems so innocent to me. Yeah, he seemed so sweet. I knew nothing about him.
And it all all the crazy, overlapping relationships, polyamory, whatever. Like it's kind of nice to see him walk into this. Yeah, oh God. Okay. Well, I guess should be to get into it. Let's let's get into it. Let's not lose like let's not care about anybody listening. Saying you don't give a fuck. No, that's what Bibi would do.
