Define "Hate Speech"

Are you one of those people that believe any opinion that isn’t similar to your own is evil or hate speech? Well let’s define what hate speech actually is; abusive or threatening speech or writing that expresses prejudice on the basis of ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or similar grounds.
