Ep 36. Getting Back to Basics, Increase Productivity and Changing Gears Mid-Season

On today’s episode, Mike talks about how him and Larry are going to be increasing their time in the field now that many back-end systems have been put in place this year. Due to a recent manpower issue with a team member taking some personal time, Mike and Larry are getting back to basics, just like when they started Coastal Fertilization. Mike also talks about spending some time with the family, even if it is only for a few hours, to reset, reflect and get some much-needed rest.
