We decided it would be nice to have just a classic ol' podcast with the usual crew. Because of this, we had some good stories from the week and before and discussed some other cool stuff. There was also a bunch of discussion about weight loss and fitness again and another beautiful story about cheese. BTW, hopefully the audio has been fixed and possibly improved. I've returned audio to normal levels and increased the quality at which we record at!
