Sarah Ford Shows Up For Entrepreneurship

We recorded this episode at the beginning of the pandemic. We felt it was appropriate to post because our guest shares many lessons of perseverance, which is something we can all benefit from right now. Texas native, former Marine Corps officer, and Harvard Business School alum, Sarah Ford joins us today. She is the founder and CEO of Ranch Road Boots. In this episode, she talks about being a female in the military, why she felt compelled to become a Marine, getting recalled back to the Marine corps after graduating from Harvard, what deployment is really like, and the strength in overcoming your fears. 

Sarah also shares her wisdom about running a business during challenging times, when to keep going, and how you know when its time to quit.
