Episode description

UFC fighter and TEDx Speaker, Eliot Marshall joins us today to talk about how overcame anxiety. Coming from an African American father and mother whose parents survived the Holocaust in concentration camps, he was raised in fear and experienced his home being vandalized with swastikas and racial slurs as a child. But found his place doing martial arts and became a Gold Medal Pan American Champion. However, it turned out his biggest fight was for his own mental health. After turning to meds and having anxiety attacks, he then had a major revelation and found his way out. In this episode, we talk about all of this as well as Eliot's love for helping others, occupying his mind, and his extreme gratitude for people's time.
