Ah yes... When things fall apart. The podcast is something I created as an expression of who I am and where I want to put my energy – such as inspiring people to appreciate that life is a gift and these are ways to make every second count.

Hopeful, optimistic, constructive to others and inspiring. Those are the podcast's highest values. This isn't to say that I also don't stumble, because the past few weeks were hard AF. In this episode, I'll turn the lens around and share more about myself.

In previous episodes, I've often mentioned one experience that shaped me. Back in 2004 when Delian and I were in Sri Lanka and were in the Boxing Day tsunami. My account was published in the anthology "Surfing's Greatest Misadventures," as edited by Paul Diamond. A good anthology for sure!

I start this episode by sharing the power of a Vision Board. Especially in this very tough moment in my life, this one exercise of planning is something that has given me hope and a stable anchor. So here's to you and I hope you're inspired by this perve into my life.
