Though he’s toured the US and Europe several times over, he’s often described as “overlooked” or “underrated.” Instead of letting that hinder his growth, Alfred uses that as motivation to continue honing his already seasoned craft and curates his online presence under the moniker “Underdog Central.” In our interview, Alfred talks about growing up in New Orleans, how his music has taken him across the globe, and why he prefers to wear heat over hype.
