How To Become Confident Within Yourself

In today's episode I go over CONFIDENCE! Growing up I had little to no confidence, which is probably why I resorted to drugs and alcohol. I wish I could turn back time to make wiser decisions, but I needed to go through that particular path in order for me to be exactly where I am today. Being almost 6 years sober, I have learned so much about self-love, discipline, mindset, spirituality and God. I have become more aware of who I truly am and my abilities. That alone has given me tremendous confidence.  I am at a point in my life where I can demonstrate confidence to other women where they can now see their own gifts and potential.
