To kick off SHIGEKI in 2022, I dive deep into the experience of going to therapy.
I talk about my listeners' experiences as well as my own, mixed with some cultural differences in attitude towards seeking help and overall topic of mental health. I also discuss collectivist versus individualist societies and how the perception of mental health can be so different between them. It's brutal out here.
