I am very excited about this brand new #SITB featuring Isaiah Duitmann! Isaiah is one of the most hard-working people I've met and as a talent buyer for venues(Concord Music Hall/Aragon Ballroom) and festivals(Jawbreaker/North Coast) across the midwest- needless to say he wears a lot of hats. We had a great conversation on how Isaiah got into the business, booking artists at venues vs festivals, and what he looks for when scouting upcoming local talent. He also shared some great stories about artists who have become his friends like Zeds Dead! I love interviewing people like Isaiah who are "behind the scenes" in the music industry - They are truly the offensive lineman that give artists the opportunity to share their music and passion with their fans.
