The Build Back Better Episode

In this episode, we go through the final (?) framework for the Build Back Better plan, and figure out how we got here. Plus, we talk about Biden's representation at the G-20 summit this past weekend and implications for future global climate policy. My intern Preston also comes in to help me talk about BBB! 

A few notes:

-During Preston's takeover, he says million when he means billion :)

-I mention that it seems that Manchin has signaled his support for the current legislation, however since recording it seems clear that he is going to continue dragging his feet on certain provisions. We'll talk more about this next week, but it certainly seems that the plan is less safe in the Senate than party leaders would like.
