It’s been a big year so far and one thing we both lean on in hard times is gratitude. I know this gets thrown around on social media a lot , but it’s truly something that keeps us strong and makes us focus on what we do have rather than what we don’t have or what’s “going wrong”.It’s short, so you can all find 6 mins in your day to do this and feel how nice it’ll feel afterwards. This will help you find your centre, calm your nervous system down, and lean into grateful energy to over flow into this beautiful life we get to live.

Hello everybody, welcome back to the podcast. Today, we're going to do a beautiful gratitude meditation and this has been requested by quite a few women and we just think it's something that everyone can incorporate more into that day to day life. More gratitude, more calm, more nervous system relaxation. So we're gonna get straight into it, all right, if you're driving, maybe wait to your home or pull over arts.

I'm going to go for six minutes. So getting in a really comfortable position, taking some big breaths wherever you are, were you to take a moment to arrive. This is your time, just for you, This is your space.

Speaker 3

Together, we are going to breathe to ground and to really center ourselves in the powerful energy of gratitude.

Speaker 1

Now, gently close your eyes if that feels safe, and allow your body to settle in how deeply through your nose and exhil slowly through your mouth.

Speaker 3

Feel your shoulders softened and inhale again. Feel your lungs, your heart, your belly, and exhale, letting go of any tension, any worry, or anything that is not serving you right now.

Speaker 1

Let's do one more big breath together. Inhale, you pause and exhale.

Speaker 3

Beautiful, Now bring your awareness to your body. Feel the ground beneath you, strong, steady and supportive. You are held, You are safe, You are here.

Speaker 1

Let gratitude begin in your body. I want you to thank your feet for every single step they've taken you to get you to where you are right now.

Speaker 3

Keep breathing and start to thank your legs and your hips and your strong foundation for holding you upright in this world. Can start to thank your hands, your arms for all they've created, held and healed.

Speaker 1

Ready to thank your heart for beating, for loving, for being so resilient through all that you've been through. You are a living, breathing miracle.

Speaker 3

Now begin to call into your mind the things that you are grateful for. Big or small picture the one thing that brings you the most joy. Maybe it's the sound of laughter, the warmth of sun on your skin, or the embrace of someone who truly, truly sees you. Really want you to hold that image in your heart.

Speaker 1

As you're holding it, feel it expands. Now bring to mind a woman in your life, could be a sister, a friend, a mentor someone who's really lifted you up, and feel the gratitude rise in your chest for her presence in your life.

Speaker 3

I want you to whisper the words thank you in your heart so the gratitude that you have for this person, allow it to feel that love expanding from your heart. And now turn that love inward. Think of one thing about yourself that you were grateful for.

Speaker 1

Is it your strength? Is it your intuition, your kindness, maybe your fire? Say it in your mind, I am grateful for who I am, and let that truth echo through you.

Speaker 3

As you feel that gratitude for who you are today. Let's speak some affirmations together. You can repeat them in your mind or out loud if you feel called to.

I am enough exactly as I am. I honor the woman I've been and the woman I'm becoming.

Speaker 3

I radiate gratitude, power, and love. I trust the path that I am on.

Speaker 1

I am grounded in grace and rising in strength. Every single day I grow more aligned with my truth.

Speaker 3

I am grateful for this life and for the woman living.

Speaker 1

In Begin to bring your awareness back to this moment, right here, right now, I want you to slowly such a weird your fingers and your toes.

Speaker 3

And just take one more deep, nourishing breath in and exhale gently, really let your shoulders sink all the way down, and when you're ready, you can open your eyes.

Speaker 1

That was so beautiful and know that this calm, beautiful, grateful, inspired energy is always there to access. Sometimes we just need to fully slow down, take some breaths in, and connect back with our heart and our body and just sit with ourselves. So thank you so much for sharing this space, for honoring yourself, and for walking this path with intention and grace.

And just remember, the more gratitude that you carry day to day, the more empowered you are going to feel day to day, and the more beautiful your journey will become.
