It's time for a topic YOU suggested on social media! We've heard it said a lot more recently that "It's ok not to be ok." As true and freeing as that statement is, it's dangerous unless followed by "But it's not ok to stay that way."
This is part two of a three part conversation on this topic with Sheila Jeffreys. Today we'll look at simple ways for pushing through to the next right thing so you don't stay not ok.
A note about the heart here: These conversations are not meant in any way to simplify not ok seasons that come from chemical imbalances or deep seeded issues. There are situations that need more than a podcast can offer.
