Krys Burnette is, in a word, lovely. She's a consultant for the OMG amazing company August Public, which helps companies find effective ways to create and manage important change. Diversity and inclusion are top of mind in all things. We recorded this on the heels of the inauguration and women's march (sigh), so politics easily crept in.
